Exchange and Returns Policy
Exchange Policy:You may exchange any, unused items for equal or lesser value within 30 days of delivery. Any items exchanged must be returned in its original state and packaging with all tags attached. We will pay the exchange shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please allow 20-30 business days for us to process your exchange, and 15 days to construct a new wig. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to construct your new item.. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

Disclaimer: Although below states the most amount of time a shipment will take, these days and times vary. You could receive your item within 3-5 business days of your purchase.We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.Keep in mind shipping may take longer due to customs, distance and uncontrollable variables with our shipping carriers. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Most wigs from The Nines are made to order.
